Progressive Bail Reform is Releasing Violent Criminals Back Onto the Streets

The progressive policies that address issues within our justice system sounds nice on the surface, but it has disastrous consequences. By refusing to hold criminals accountable for their actions in the name of “equity”, they have created a system that incentivizes criminal behavior. This has led to Colorado becoming number one in the nation for car theft, in addition to emboldening criminals in their illicit behavior.
